Deleting your XLNT account.
You can ask at any time, and we never refuse. This is exactly what happens, and when.

What happens, and when
- Straight away — your profile, photo, interests and preferences are withdrawn from use, and your account becomes read-only.
- For 7 days — you can cancel, and everything comes back: your profile, your photo and your points.
- On day 7 — what was withdrawn is erased for good.
- By day 30 — your deletion completes. Events you took part in and payments stay on record, without your name.
If you host an event, or are booked and paid to supply one, and money on it hasn't settled yet, your deletion completes once it has.
What stays, and why
Events and payments are other members' records too, so they stay — without your name. If you hosted events, they stay listed with the host shown as removed, and the people who came keep their history and receipts.
Your points will be forfeited when your deletion completes. If you cancel within the 7 days, they come back.
